Mock Lasagna (pureed)- Heather 1/4 cup part skim ricotta cheese 1 tbsp of grated parm cheese 1/4 cup low sugar spaghetti sauce 1 scoop unflavored whey protein (can be left out) Mix ingredients together and then pulse with a blender or food processors (or magic bullet, yada yada ) until it is a smooth, even consistency. Heat up if you'd like and eat!
