Currently we have our Valentine's Day Challenge going on!! Listed are what others have decided they will do as their goal for the challenge:
Valentine's Day Challenge Heather -Non-weight related, I'm not going to have a weight goal. I want to keep working out 4 days a week while striving for 5 so I can log my run hours and also use my PT24!

I like that goal because I am unsure what rate I'll continue losing at...so not making a weight loss number goal sounds good to me too. My Valentines goal is going to be to be running 5 miles once per week regularly by then. Good luck!!!

I love to set these goals with everyone, it really keeps me motivated!
My Valentines Goals: 1. To no longer be in the obesity category, I have 13 pounds to lose for that to happen! (This may be pushing it but my next goals will help me) 2. Gym - min. of 4x's/week
3. Complete my Zumba certification and sign my contract to become the Zumba instructor at my gym!

Zumba is awesome! It is a Latin Inspired Fitness Program - It is a combination of dancing and aerobics! I incorporate moves from belly dancing, hip-hop dancing, ballroom dancing, salsa, mambo, martial arts and typical aerobics moves. It is so much fun and all skill levels can do it, the class at my gym has an age range from 8 to 62 – There are a lot of videos on you tube that you can check out, also you can check out www.zumba.com and locate a class near you!

Doing good, but for me I think 2 hours at the gym all the time is overkill going to go back to 1 hour on most days so far so good

Great job on your fitness goals! You know, two hours is a long time. I used to go for an hour, and I am now there about 90 minutes...sometimes more, sometimes less. Sometimes it's quality over quantity! It's ok that the scale hasn't moved, clearly you are making huge strides in the right direction! You ought to be very proud of yourself! Oh and by the way, I'm trying Zumba for the first time next Saturday!
