Figured this might help inspire some of us and bring the motivation we need to workout each day! Also, you can help educate people on different kinds of exercises and options! Post what exercise you did today!
Yesterday: Ran 2 miles outside with the hubby! Today: Shopped all morning long, may try my new Tae-Bo PT24 tonight!

I did my first class at Golds Gym called Body Pump...it's a weight routine class that gives you a total body workout. One hour plus I did 30 on the treadmill at a warm up pace prior and 20 minutes of stretching. It feels amazing. Give group exercise a try, I never thought I would do this but it was a great experience and one I'll be repeating soon!!!

Yesterday - I walked and jogged on treadmill 1 hour and then the second hour I worked on my thighs and abs Today the 7th - walked 5 miles at Disneyland Tomorrow - back to the gym 1 hour on a treadmill or elliptical and then 1 hour weights.. abs and arms

The past week’s workouts: Tuesday (1/3): 15 Minutes on Elliptical ~ 30 Minutes @ speed of 3.5 on Treadmill ~ 60 Minutes for belly dancing class Thursday (1/5): 15 Minutes on Elliptical ~ 30 Minutes @ speed of 3.5 on Treadmill ~ 45 Minutes for belly dancing class Friday (1/6): 15 Minutes on Elliptical ~ 30 Minutes @ speed of 3.5 on Treadmill Saturday (1/7): 15 Minutes on Elliptical ~ 30 Minutes @ speed of 3.5 on Treadmill ~ 50 sit-ups Next Week’s Plan: Monday (1/9): 15 Minutes on Elliptical ~ 30 Minutes @ speed of 3.5 on Treadmill ~ 45 Minutes for aerobics class Tuesday (1/10): 15 Minutes on Elliptical ~ 30 Minutes @ speed of 3.5 on Treadmill ~ 60 Minutes for zumba class Thursday (1/12): 15 Minutes on Elliptical ~ 30 Minutes @ speed of 3.5 on Treadmill ~ 45 Minutes for belly dancing class Saturday (1/14): 15 Minutes on Elliptical ~ 30 Minutes @ speed of 3.5 on Treadmill ~ 45 Minutes weight lift with gym instructor

I have a lot of catching up to do!!
Monday (1/9): 2.5 mile run (approx. 40 minutes), broken up into sprints on an incline of 4 along with 2 intervals of 2 minutes of walking Tuesday (1/10): 2.5 mile run (approx. 40 minutes)- all outside
